I havent 3board pressed in forever. Probably 9-12 months. Too bad 3board isnt a powerlifting event.

Just messed around last week. On tuesday I did some Bulgarian Split Squats. Just the bar, and got sore.

On Thursday I did some dips and chins. Thats all I can do with my wrist now. Im going to try and bench today.

for some reason I find that comment about benching 630 to be ridiculously funny. I guess I am easily entertained these days

Also keep in mind that I did 225x20 after a workout. That makes Andre Smith look pretty bad. However I am sure he can kick slide and drive block just a tad better than I can.

thats like 90% of my max right now so the suit was warranted. I know my hips didn't hurt at all and thats huge for me right now. The chiro said I probably had a torn labrum in both and that is why they pop when I get up from sitting down.

Conventional Deadlift-495 x 1.

Totally and utterly embarassing. I have pulled that at the end of a Sq/DL workout just to make sure I was still fast with it. Will hopefully get stronger over the next few weeks.

SSB Squats-135x10, 185x7 or 8 x 2

Ran stairs

Did the SSB Squats the way they were meant to be done...holding on to handles sitting way back so my back was vertical. No hip pain. This may be the only way I can squat. Thats fine. Its almost like doing a power squat machine.
