Back squats with buffalo bar, butt to grass, worked up to 225. Meant for these to be a warm up for heavy deads. Worked in some ab pulldowns with a green band. Heavy deads ended up being not so heavy. Low back is jacked, I have no motivation to work through this kind of pain, worked up to 325 for 5. Gotta go crap and shower.

Reverse band BP on blues, very depressing, 405 X 5, 455 X 1. Previous pr was 455 X 5 and 505 X 1. Pendlay rows, CSR's and military presses. Worked up a pretty good lather, hardest I have worked in a while. Good luck to everyone tonight who is in the dance.

Grip 3 BP 315 X 4, shoulder started hurting, tried 3 board 365 X 1, on the second rep shoulder started to hurt worse. Pissed off, I did 225 for 15 to make sure it was hurting bad enough to receive some sympathy from my wife. Body weight rows using Spud Inc sled straps, Big 50 X 3 (shoulder rehab/ prehab), tricep pushdowns.

Piddled this morning, did some cleans and snatch. We are having some different issues with our o lifts and I thought maybe I would come up with some coaching points by doing a few, and I was wrong. I think I am teaching it right, just maybe too fast for some. I need to bring a few kids back to the basics.

Upper circuit X 4, push ups, pendlay rows, tricep pushdowns and zottman curls. Push ups, I did like 40, 30, 30, 28 and everything else I had set up where I would work right up until failure between 12 and 15 reps. Big 50 X 1 for some shoulder work

I couldn't imagine doing 40 pushups.

I was kind of surprised myself. Did another upper circuit today X 3, blast strap push-ups ( I use Spud inc sled straps) 15, 14, 12, CSR's with 70's, seated DB miltaries with 50's, and tricep pushdowns with a green

Upper circuit X 3 before LX showed up. Push ups, bent over rows, tricep push downs, seated military. I have no idea what I am doing or why. I guess I am just looking for a way to validate crappy eating habits by calling myself a power lifter, not that all powerlifters eat like crap mind you.

Grip 3 BP 315X3X3, 225 X 15, weakest I have been in a long time, probably since the car accident Jay and I had 4 years ago. BTW, if it is raining, make sure you do not ride with Jay Floyd. Anyway, did some bodyweight rows, db shrugs and a circuit, tricep pushdowns, bb curls, and band rows X 3

I now know how hard it was for you at Alexander. I am in the exact same position as you were then. Two young kids at home and a 40 minute drive.

Found some time today towards the end of my planning period. Sled strap push-ups, I need to post a pic of how I set this up, some of you guys may like it. 4 X something, 12 to 15 rep range each set. One arm rows 3 X 10 with 90's, rack strippers, worked up to 155 X 8 or something. This is another exercise that has suffered severely since I became one of the laziest humans on earth. JM kind of presses with db's, worked up to 70's for 10.

Busy week last week trying to get ready for our wrestling tournament. Found enough time this morning for a quick circuit. Push-ups, pendlay rows, piston push downs, some kind of funky curls, cant remember the name. X 3

I guess I am now a bench only specialist, even though I suck at bench. Fat bar floor presses, worked up to 315 X 3. Pendlay rows, JM presses, some kind of curls, forgot the name. I love the fat bar, I may not bench with anything else the rest of my life.
