Upper circuit, push-ups/ pendlay rows/ bb curls/ military press X 4. Push-ups were like 30, 25, 25, 23, everything else I burned out at around 12-15 reps. Finished up with some Db shrugs with 90's and tricep pushdowns with a green band.

Upper circuit: Blast strap push ups, blast strap bodyweight rows, dips, and hammer curls X 4. I think on pushups I did something like 14, 13, 12 , 10 and everything else I burned out around 12 reps. I usually leave at least one in the tank until the last set.

I dont, I am still using the sled straps. I have found an interesting way to wrap them around the rack. I will try and take a picture.

Had to make myself train a little bit this morning. The wife and I stayed up late last night trying to get ready for Drew's 2nd birthday party today. So I couldn't put up the jumpee thingee last night because of the wind, so I had to get up at 5 this morning and set that up. Woe is me right, anyway, db presses , worked up to 90s 3 X 10 palms facing. Did some band rows and tricep pushdowns.

Swiss bar BP, love this bar almost as much as the fat bar, worked up to 315 for 3. Swiss bar pendlay rows, very tough. Big 50 X 3, and tricep pushdowns with a green. So, here is what you have to look forward to Jay. The 2 year old is still in the bed with us last night around 11 because I did not feel like getting up. My 6 year old comes in and she is acting weird, she had to be sleep walking. I grabbed her and put her in the bed next to me and I was trying to wake her up and she would not wake up. Next thing I know, I am being drenched with piss. She soon woke up when I started fussing at her asking her what are you doing. She wakes up and looks at me like she has no idea what is going on. Ah, the joy of fatherhood. Just last week, my two year old crapped in the tub and then picked it up and threw it at her mom. Good times.

I already have been peed on about ten times. I now block it like Superman.

I was taking my sons temperature when he started crapping on the thermometer. We immediately wrote an R for rectum on the thermometer so there would be no confusion on where it is stuck.

At one midnight feeding, I was holding him and all of a sudden my leg got really warm. Diaper didn't hold.

Upper circuit. Push-ups, band rows with a green, db military press with 45's, and seated tricep pushdowns with a purple. Did around 30 push ups each set, 18 to 20 on everything else. I have nothing interesting and/ or funny to say. Just another day in paradise.

Grip 1 Fat bar BP, worked up to 350, previous pr was 390. So I am not too far off on some lifts from where I was a couple of years ago. I am steadily making some progress here and there. Anyway, did some double underhand Pendlay Rows and Big 50 X 3.

Did not feel very well Friday, decided to do just enough so I wouldn't feel absolutely worthless. DB presses, palms facing, 75's X 25, 80's X 20, 90's X 20 X 3. Band rows with a green and some seated DB miltaries.

upper circuit X 4. Incline DB presses with 90's (biggest I got), Lows rows with a green band, piston pushdowns with purples, and reverse curls with just the bar. Went right up to failure on each at 15 to 20 reps.

BP, worked up to 345 X 3 off of my chest, shoulder started feeling rough so I went off the 3 board with 365 X 3, 385 X 1 and missed 405. Now I was never very good at board presses, but to miss 405 is very discouraging. It didnt feel all that heavy, I felt like I was going to dump it forward and let it fall back on the board. Anyway, I thought I was making some progress on my bench, and obviously I was wrong. supersetted fat bar rows and militaries, then supersetted some fat bar curls and tricep push downs.

I am officially a tool. I have not squatted in so long my pants are starting to fall down because I have no glutes to hold them up. Oh well, upper circuit X 4. DB push ups, 2 sets neutral grip, palms facing, 2 sets DB's offset on a 45 degree angle, went from like 32 down to 27 on the last set. The grip really did not affect (or is it effect) how many I could do, probably because the closer grip is more comfortable on my shoulders. Also did pendlay rows, DB militaries with 50's and DB JM presses with 50's, all of these for between 12 and 15 reps. Meant to do another pull at the end, but just didnt feel like it.

Was in a big hurry and had no spotter, Grip 1 BP worked up to 315 X 5 X 3, band rows, supersetted X 3 all three grips, supination with elbows tight to ribs, neutral with 45 degree angle at armpit, pronation with close to a 90 degree angle at the armpit. Really felt it in the traps, might be getting the yoke back. Look out.

DB presses with 90's, 3 X @20. Fat bar reverse curls, tricep pushdowns with a green, fat bar standing militaries, and fatbar pendlay rows 3 X 15 or so. I would try to come up with something smart or funny, but since no one reads this, why bother.

Got a quick in after school, went Grip 2 I guess, my pinkies were just inside the rings, but I dont know if the rings on the fat bar are like a competition power bar. It definitely felt like a medium grip. 355 X 3, 375 X 1 (easy), figured I had 400 in me, wrong. Got stuck about 6 inches off of the chest. One arm rows 3 X 12 with 90's, supersetted some tricep pushdowns and zottman curls

quickie, keep your mind out of the gutter, DB press, palms facing worked up to 90's X 20. I kept the ROM liomited to elbows to ibs, shoulder still hurts from last week or whatever. supersetted some band pulls with green and tricep pushdowns with a purple X 4

So my kids did well this weekend at o lifting competition. 11 of the 12 medalled. All six who were eligible qualified for the school age nationals in June. I was very proud of them. The only kid who didnt medal was probably in the toughest weight class there and he finished fourth.

Fat bar floor press, I would call it a medium grip, not sure about the measurements on this bar. 315 X 5, 350 X 2, 365 X 1, went back down to 335 X 3 X 3 X 2. Supersetted underhand pendlay rows and dips, pendlay rows X 15, dips X 12 and dips were not all full ROM, L shoulder is still a little banged up

For those of you new to my log, I am told there are new members signing up everyday, I am a bench press specialists with a very average bench. So if you are looking to have an average bench, I am the man for you, e-mail and video consulting available at a bargain.

Upper circuit consisting of random exercises, usually too many presses and not enough pulls since my lat machine broke X 4. DB push ups, each set to around 35 reps, DB JM presses 12-15 reps, DB seated military 12 - 15 reps and bent over rows, 12-15 reps.
