I guess you can tell the training log has not been updated in quite some time. That would be because I no longer train. I am trying to talk myself into getting up early and doing some cardio, but it will probably not happen. Anyway, how has summer training gone for everybody? Has anyone tried something new this summer and want to share their thoughts about it? I didnt do much new this summer, it seemed to work pretty well last year, so I only made a few tweeks that probably wouldnt interest anybody, we are not talking about anything earth shattering anyway.
